Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

1. Provide individualised support and guidance to Key Stage 3 (KS3) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

2. Develop and implement tailored educational plans to meet the specific needs of each student.

3. Conduct outreach sessions to support students in various academic subjects and assist with homework assignments.

4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

5. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to promote learning and growth.

- Relevant teaching qualification

- Experience working with SEN students

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- In-depth understanding of SEN educational strategies

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

- Proficiency in assessing student progress and implementing interventions

- Work in a learners home, or local library

- Full-time hours during term time

- Potential for remote outreach sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
