£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students in English and Maths with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create engaging and accessible lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
  • Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialist knowledge and training in SEN education
  • Experience working with KS3 students

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
  • Postgraduate qualification in SEN education
  • Additional training in specific learning difficulties
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
