Smile Education is excited to be working in partnership with a dynamic middle school in Redditch, seeking a passionate KS3 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach across a variety of subjects and make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Role Overview:
As a KS3 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to teach across multiple subjects, including Maths, English, Science, and Humanities, supporting students through their middle school journey. You’ll need to foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment, and adapt to the varying needs of students.
This school caters to a wide range of social and emotional needs, so strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships are key to ensuring students feel supported and motivated to achieve their best.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching KS3 (all subject specialisms welcome)
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students with complex needs
- A positive, resilient, and adaptable attitude towards teaching
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or challenging behaviour is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and the wider school community
