The KS3 English Maths and Science Tutor will be responsible for providing tutoring and support to Key Stage 3 students in the subjects of English, Maths, and Science. Duties include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs.

A relevant degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching KS3 students in English, Maths, and Science.

Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum for English, Maths, and Science. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively convey complex concepts to students.

Master's degree in Education or a related field. Additional teaching certifications or qualifications.

This position is temporary and requires flexibility in working hours. The tutor may need to work to accommodate students' schedules. The work will primarily take place in an educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
