  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students in Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths
  • Create individualised lesson plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Help students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning
  • Previous experience as a Maths Tutor
  • Knowledge of the Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths curriculum
  • SEN experience

Relevant degree in Mathematics or Education

Prior experience in tutoring or teaching Maths to secondary school students

  • Strong understanding of Maths concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work with students in a classroom or tutoring centre setting
  • Potential for remote tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
