Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Skills: SEN experience

  • Provide tailored Maths tutoring to students in Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Create engaging lesson plans to support individual learning needs
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Demonstrated experience in tutoring Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
  • SEN experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Strong understanding of Maths concepts at KS3 and KS4 levels
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage student progress effectively
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or Mathematics
  • Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work in a school setting with potential for remote tutoring
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
