We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Lead SEN Teacher to join our Ofsted-graded Good Primary School in Cambridge (CB4). This is a full-time position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Details:

  • Role: Lead SEN Teacher
  • Status: Full-time
  • Requirements: QTS and previous experience
  • Pupils: 10 in total, with 8 pupils having EHCPs
  • Special Needs: Predominantly SEMH, with potential elements of ADHD/ASC/MLD

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to implement effective strategies
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary
  • Engage with parents/carers and external agencies to support pupil development
