Duties:

1. Provide support to students to enhance their learning experience and emotional wellbeing.

2. Assist students in setting and achieving academic goals.

3. Develop and implement strategies to support students with learning difficulties.

4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualised learning plans.

5. Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

 

- Relevant experience in education, support work, psychology

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of educational best practises

 

- A minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification

- Undergraduate degree desirable

 

- Previous experience working in an educational setting

- Understanding of needs / willingness to take on training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
