Primary Learning Support Assistant in Windsor

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children in a school setting?

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual who can provide essential support to children within the classroom. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be confident with taking small group interventions, as well as working 1:1 with individual children. Helping children to overcome barriers to their learning and provide invaluable support in a calm manner are key aspects of this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support children in small groups or 1:1 situations to enhance their learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents and other school staff to provide a safe and secure environment.
  • Support class teachers across the curriculum in a range of year groups.
  • Assist in assessing students' progress and development, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.

Key requirements:

  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Great interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Patient and nurturing personality.
  • Provide personal care and support if necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
