We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs.

As a Learning Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Details:

• Position: Learning Support Mentor
• Location: Salford
• Start Date: September 2024
• Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-1 and small group support to students with SEN/SEMH needs
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks
• Implement individualized strategies to promote student progress and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement support plans
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
