Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire - NN4

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: September 2024 Contract: Full Time until the end of December in the first instance

The Role: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across various year groups. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and lessons.

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Helping to plan and prepare engaging learning resources.

•Encouraging students to reach their full potential and build confidence.

• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere in the classroom.

• Working with children in EYFS with ASD (Autism)
