Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their educational journey? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Newcastle starting in Septmeber 2024.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. Working closely with teachers and students, you will:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
  • Facilitate small group activities to enhance learning.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they receive the tailored assistance they require.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
