The students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and need additional support to succeed academically and personally.

They offer specialized training programs in areas such as hair and beauty, and construction, equipping their students with the skills and qualifications they need to pursue further education and successful careers. Their goal is to empower each student to achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

  • Provide individualized support to secondary students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of EHCPs, ensuring each student receives the tailored support they require.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team.
  • Help students develop their social skills and confidence.
  • Encourage and motivate students to engage with their education and training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
