SEN LSA Needed for Vacancies:

Havant – Waterlooville – Cosham – Gosport – Southsea – Liss

We work with the majority of Mainstream primary schools across the Greater Portsmouth area, and they are making multiple requests for SEN experienced staff for targeted 1:1, Small group or individual/ class focus roles.

We are hoping to see those with experience professionally, through volunteering or personally with individuals with Autism, ADHD, Challenging behaviour, Emotional, Social & Mental health challenges, physical disabilities, or disadvantaged backgrounds.

Our schools are asking for full-time, or part-time availability and all require September starts but in some, cases will delay start times for the right person.

We can Fastrack candidates if:

-        You already have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

-        You can start within a two-week period.

-        You have good experience with children or SEND individuals.

-        We can arrange a visit/ attend a meeting/ a phone call with a school representative so you can make the most informed decision possible.

Not looking for Primary school work? We support Nursery’s to Sixth form’s so please just let us know!

Regular candidates or educators who require a new DBS:

-        Must be willing to apply for a DBS and then register it with the Update Service

-        Have two forms of I.D easily accessible.

-        Have two forms for proof of address that are easily accessible.

-        Have two references and referees ready to complete them promptly.

-        Possess a can-do attitude and genuine passion to support and develop primary age pupils.

-        Have a kind and nurturing nature.
