Teaching Personnel are currently looking for an enthusiastic person within the Cranbrook/Kent area who is keen to pursue a career in education and are wishing to assist pupils who need a little extra support. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to offer general classroom or 1:1 support, working across the school and helping children undertake intervention programmes. As the learning support assistant, you will be supporting the teaching and learning of students with Autistic Spectrum Condition. You will ideally need to have a good understanding of students with additional needs, and some relevant experience working with them in an education setting.

The school are looking for someone who has good literacy, numeracy and communication skills, as well as resilience, initiative, flexibility, a sense of humour and the ability to relate to children.
