Salary: £85 - £95 per day
- Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a classroom setting
- Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students
- Help students with tasks such as reading, writing, and using technology
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic attitude towards students
- Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Additional qualifications in education or special educational needs are desirable
- Prior experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred
- Experience supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities is an advantage
- Understanding of different learning styles and needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Basic IT skills for supporting students with technology
- Additional qualifications in education or special educational needs
- First Aid certification
- Work hours typically follow the school schedule
- May involve assisting students with personal care needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
