Teaching Personnel have been appointed to recruit for a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant who feel passionate about inspiring, nurturing, and guiding students into reaching their very best potential within this thriving school.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of other professionals and become a part of a highly skilled team.

 

The perfect individual for this opportunity would be:

  • Able to use your initiative and work independently
  • Firm but fair
  • Have a resourceful approach to working with difficult young people are essential
  • Calm, a willingness to listen and ability to be assertive when the situation demands it
  • A resilient personality

Requirements

  • Subject specialisms welcome in Art, Maths, English and Science but not essential
  • An Enhanced DBS
  • An overseas police clearance (if required)
  • Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
