Teaching Personnel are currently partnered with a school in the Stockport area that are searching for a Learning Support Assistant to aid the children’s learning throughout the school day.
They are looking for a passionate individual to join the school in order to help support the children through their schoolwork and to ensure their development and progress stays on targeted levels. Working as a learning support assistant, the successful candidate will be tasked with working alongside students from years 7 – 11, mainly on a 1-2-1 basis.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience working within a similar setting, however the school are open to applicants who have transferable skills that can be applied to role.
Some of the students the candidate will be working alongside, will have SEN requirements, so the school are keen to bring in a person that has any experience with SEN children, that can be applied to the role in hand. However, if there’s circumstances that requires additional training, the school will provide the necessary support, to assist your development within the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
