Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

1. Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom setting.

2. Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with learning difficulties.

3. Help students with their academic and personal development, promoting independence and confidence.

4. Support students in accessing the curriculum through adapted materials and teaching strategies.

5. Collaborate with the teaching team and parents to monitor student progress and adjust support as needed.

- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths

- Relevant experience working with children or young adults with SEN

- A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous

- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting

- Understanding of SEN and different learning needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students

- Certification in Teaching Assistant or Learning Support

- Work primarily within a school environment

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
