Location: Wellingborough 

Contract Type: Full-Time

Start Date: September / ASAP

We're seeking enthusiastic SEN teaching assistants to support our schools in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments. Ideal candidates will be energetic, empathetic, and ready to engage with students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with SEN in the classroom.
  • Help develop and implement personalised learning strategies.
  • Support students' social and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • No prior experience required.
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
