Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Secondary Schools in Bordon
Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (8:30 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only - 38 weeks)

Do you have a passion for education and a desire to support students in achieving their potential? Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with secondary school students in Bordon across Key Stage 3 and 4.

  • Provide tailored support to students across a range of ages and abilities, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, particularly in core subjects, by offering additional support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behavior to foster a productive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Offer individualized assistance to students who may require extra help with specific tasks or concepts.
  • Contribute to the overall development of students, helping them grow academically and socially.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain concepts clearly and provide support where needed.
