Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Schools, Andover

Are you passionate about education and looking to make a real difference in students' lives? We are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team in secondary schools across Andover. Schools are urgently in need of additional support staff to help students thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Assist in supervising students, ensuring their well-being and engagement in lessons
  • Deliver tailored support to students with varying levels of attainment, ensuring they can participate fully in classroom activities
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Work alongside teachers to provide targeted interventions and assist with the day-to-day running of the classroom
  • Engage with students, offering pastoral care and encouragement to help them succeed

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage behaviour in a classroom setting

  • A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required for this role
