Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

• Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a classroom setting
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers to ensure the inclusion of all students in classroom activities
• Help students to develop their social and communication skills
• Monitor and record student progress

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Relevant experience working with children or young adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Prior experience working with children or young adults

• Understanding of different learning difficulties and disabilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational skills

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• First Aid certification

• Working hours may vary but expected to work full-time
• Work in a classroom setting with students with learning difficulties or disabilities
• May require some flexibility in working hours to accommodate student needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
