Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Schools, Tadley (Starting October)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Support students with varying abilities, ensuring their engagement and success
• Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to help students reach their potential

• Collaborate with teachers to provide targeted interventions and assist in the smooth running of lessons
