Education and Training

£83.85 - £83.85 Per day

• Providing support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
• Assisting in implementing individual education plans
• Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons
• Helping students to develop their social skills and independence
• Assisting with the supervision of students during break and lunch times

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Welsh Language preferred but not essential

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Previous experience working with individuals with learning difficulties

• Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience and empathy towards students facing challenges

Higher level qualification in Education or SEN

This role involves working within a school environment, supporting students with diverse learning needs. The work may require some physical activity and the ability to adapt to different situations quickly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
