Education and Training

£85 - £95 per day

  • Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans
  • Support students in classroom activities and ensure their safety and wellbeing
  • Help with personal care needs, if required
  • Work closely with teachers and other education professionals to create a supportive learning environment

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Relevant qualification in Education, Special Educational Needs (SEN), or related field

Prior experience working with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities

  • Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Additional training or certification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Work in an educational setting, such as a school or college
  • Full-time hours with the possibility of occasional overtime
  • Interact with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis
  • Potential exposure to challenging behaviours or emotional situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
