Learning Support Assistants needed in Gosport! 

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of schools in the Gosport area that are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. If you have a passion for supporting students with their educational needs and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, this could be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the individual needs of pupils, particularly those with additional educational needs or learning difficulties. You will be confident in providing tailored support and adapting your approach to meet the requirements of each pupil.

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and support pupils with their learning.
• Work closely with pupils who require additional support, ensuring they remain engaged and focused.
• Provide one-to-one support or work with small groups of pupils in and out of the classroom.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies.
• Support pupils in developing their social and emotional skills.
• Monitor and record pupil progress and provide feedback to the teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
