Learning Support Assistant New

We are a ‘good’ school in the Angmering area, currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our staff team as a general additional support in the classroom across Key Stage 1 and 2. Our school is a vibrant, active environment.

• Full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm.
• Competitive rates - £83.95 - £90
• Experience and relevant qualifications desired.
• To start November 4th.
• Temporary with a view to make the right candidate permanent.

The role:

• Supporting in day-to-day tasks in the classroom.
• Working with the class teacher to create harmonious atmosphere for the pupils.
• Helping pupils in their learning, working 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 with pupils the class teacher has recognised they may not be reaching their targets.
• Recognise gaps in pupils learning and report back to relevant class teacher.
