Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Gosport based secondary school, seeking learning support assistants to join their SEN department as soon as possible, on a full time temporary or permanent basis. The school offers a diverse curriculum designed to foster curiosity and a love of learning, promoting both personal and academic growth, with a strong emphasis on community and mutual support. The institution has undergone significant development over the years, including the addition of a sixth form to provide further educational opportunities for older students.
Your role will be both challenging and highly rewarding. You will play a vital part in helping pupils with additional needs achieve their full potential. Experience is preferred but not essential to succeed in this role, the school are looking for passionate educators who are keen to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and thrive in an educational setting. This role will involve supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, or Social, Emotional, and Mental Difficulties (SEMD).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
