Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their resourced provision team on a maternity cover basis, supporting pupils with autism. The resourced provision offers targeted support for students with identified needs and are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing environment where every student can thrive. If you have experience working with children with autism and are passionate about making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you.
This rewarding role involves providing support to students within the resourced provision as well as in the mainstream classroom, focusing on those with social, emotional, communication, and language needs. As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll play a crucial role in helping these pupils navigate their educational journey, offering them the support they need to develop confidence, independence, and positive social interactions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
