What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with SEN/SEMH: Previous experience working with students with SEN and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs is highly desirable.
• Passion and Dedication: A genuine commitment to supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.
• Adaptability and Patience: Ability to adapt to the needs of each student and demonstrate patience and understanding in challenging situations.
