Position: Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Location: Malton, North Yorkshire
Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for long-term placement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a school environment, preferably within a similar role.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
