A highly regarded secondary school in Cambridge, rated "GOOD" by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team permanently from January 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive educational environment, committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for students aged 11-18. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students' learning, development, and well-being across various subjects.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar educational support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the school community.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
