Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference? We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students in reaching their full potential.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will provide valuable support to both teachers and students, helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and productive learning environment. You'll work closely with individuals and small groups, supporting learning activities, managing classroom behaviour, and assisting with planning and delivering lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Help assess and track students’ progress.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student development.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere where every student can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a school setting, ideally across various age groups.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
