We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about education and enjoy helping both teachers and students succeed, we want to hear from you!

  • Provide individual and group support to students, including those with additional needs.
  • Help plan and deliver lessons with the class teacher.
  • Lead small groups to support literacy, numeracy, and other subjects.
  • Assist with student assessments and give feedback on their progress.
  • Support classroom behavior and help maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with the social and emotional development of students.
  • Work with teachers and staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and classroom displays.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a school setting.
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum and working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine interest in working with children.
  • Experience supporting students with SEN or challenging behavior.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
