  • Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
  • Assisting students with their learning and development
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing one-to-one support for students with additional needs
  • Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials
  • Supervising students during lessons and break times

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant

  • Good understanding of the UK education system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with students

First Aid certification

This role involves working in a school environment, collaborating closely with teachers and students. The position may require occasional additional hours beyond the standard school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
