Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Education and Training

£12.85 - £15.00 Per annum

• Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities
• Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
• Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
• Preparing learning materials and resources
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Enhanced DBS check
• First Aid certification

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting

• Understanding of child development and learning processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Further education in Education or related field
• Specialist training in supporting students with additional needs

• Work primarily within school hours
• Potential for additional hours during exam periods or special events
• Collaborative work environment with teaching staff and other support personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
