Level 3 Teaching Assistant required from November 2024.

Catholic Skelmersdale Primary School.

Full time hours.

Predominately working across KS1 and possibly KS2.

A temp to perm opportunity has arisen in a Skelmersdale Primary School. The role is to work as a TA3 from 08.45-15:15, five days a week, with the view to run until April 2025. The Head teacher is seeking a qualified Level 3 TA who has a track record of working alongside children with SEN and low level learning. She is keen to place the appointed teaching assistant across the KS1 and possibly KS2. It is a necessity that you have experience in KS1 and preferable that you have KS2 experience.

The School is currently judged as ‘GOOD’ by OFSTED and does uphold the Catholic faith and Curriculum closely. It is not a necessity that you are Catholic, but there would be the expectation that you could uphold the Christian faith. As mentioned, the school is graded as ‘GOOD’ across all areas, and this included Teaching and Learning and Behaviour. It is therefore important that you have excellent behaviour management and can improve standards of academic development in class.

The role is to start from the 4th November 2024 and run every day 08.45-15.15.

If you have the appropriate qualifications and experience, then do not hesitate to apply with your CV, which outlines your most recent experience.
