Are you ready to make a difference while having a blast? Future Education, has a vibrant Post-16 College (not a sixth form, so let’s keep that between us!), is on the lookout for a spirited Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our fantastic team!

What’s the Scoop?
- Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
- Location: Future Education (where learning meets laughter!)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (because weekends are for recharging!)
- Pay: £85 - £115 a day

What You’ll Be Up To:
- Supporting our amazing students with diverse needs, including wheelchair users, Down Syndrome, SEMH, anxiety, ASD, and ADHD.
- Turning challenges into triumphs with your creativity and compassion (think of yourself as a learning ninja!).
- Collaborating with a team of educators who believe in the power of positivity and a good laugh.

What We’re Looking For:
- A sense of humor (because let’s face it, laughter is the best classroom tool!).
- Experience in supporting students with additional needs (bonus points for patience and a knack for problem-solving!).
- A passion for helping students shine brighter than a disco ball at a dance party!
