We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team for secondary schools in Farnborough. This full-time position is set to begin in September 2024 and offers the potential for long-term commitment, with the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing targeted support to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Assisting in the delivery of tailored educational programs to enhance student learning and development.
  • Supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds to achieve their educational goals.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contributing to the overall well-being and progress of the students.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a 'Safer in Education' check.
