  • Provide high-quality tutoring in Maths and English to students
  • Create individualised lesson plans based on students' needs
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic potential
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Relevant degree in Maths, English, Education or related field
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
  • Proven experience in tutoring Maths and English

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Maths, English, Education or related field

Previous experience in tutoring Maths and English

  • Strong understanding of Maths and English curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Master's degree in Maths, English, Education or related field
  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
