Maths and English Tutor

£25.00 Per hour

• Provide one-to-one or group tutoring sessions in Mathematics and English
• Create tailored lesson plans to address individual student's needs and goals
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Offer constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding and skills
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student's progress

• Relevant qualification in Mathematics and English
• Teaching or tutoring experience in the subject areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students

Degree in Mathematics, English, or related field

Prior experience in teaching or tutoring Maths and English

• Strong grasp of Mathematics and English concepts
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet varied learning styles
• Organisational skills to plan and manage tutoring sessions effectively

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
