Teaching Personnel is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Mathematics to join a client secondary school in Waterlooville. The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to inspire and educate students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

Role Overview:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing targeted support where necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Mathematics curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Mathematics curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
