Role Overview:

As a Maths Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' understanding of the fundamental principles of Maths, preparing them for further education and careers in Mathematics and technology. You will engage students from Key Stage 3 to A-Level with exciting and innovative lessons that make complex concepts accessible and stimulating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver compelling and curriculum-aligned Maths lessons.

• Demonstrate experiments and facilitate hands-on learning to enhance student understanding and engagement.

• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. • Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment for experiments.

• Collaborate with fellow science department members to integrate cross-disciplinary teaching methods and share best practices.

• Participate in school-wide initiatives, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

• Proven experience in teaching Maths at the secondary level.

• Deep understanding of Mathematics and its application.

• Excellent classroom management skills.

• Commitment to inclusive and differentiated instruction to cater to all students' learning needs.
