About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in North Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to secondary school students.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and attend staff meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of the UK Maths curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
