Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Strong behaviour management skills are essential, as you will be working in a dynamic environment where maintaining a positive and focused classroom atmosphere is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Maths curriculum.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
