Maths Teacher required for a secondary school in Gosport!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to students.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and school events.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience in teaching maths at the secondary level is desirable.
  • A valid DBS check, or willingness to undergo one.
