As a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Teach engaging and well-planned lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring all students achieve their best possible outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the Maths department and other colleagues to develop schemes of work and teaching resources that reflect the latest curriculum changes and best teaching practices.
- Inspire students through innovative lesson delivery, creating a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and academic curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in extra-curricular activities and supporting school events.

The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have a proven track record of success in teaching Maths at the secondary level, or be an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to start their teaching career.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to deliver the Maths curriculum in a creative and engaging way.
- Have strong classroom management skills and be able to establish a positive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Be committed to raising standards and delivering high-quality teaching that caters to students of all abilities.
- Show enthusiasm for professional development and continuous improvement.
