Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Media to students in Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Develop and adapt the curriculum to enhance students’ media skills and analytical abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback to support their learning.
- Work closely with the English department to integrate media concepts across subjects.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Engage in school activities and support the wider school community through extracurricular involvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience in teaching Media, with a thorough understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Dedication to inspiring and supporting students’ educational journeys.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive school environment.
