Teaching Personnel are partnering with a leading SEN School in Horsham that supports primary and secondary boys with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many of the pupils have experienced trauma, PTSD, and neglect, impacting their ability to thrive in mainstream education.
We are looking for nurturing, enthusiastic, and resilient individuals who are confident in managing behaviour and supporting pupil well-being. Your ability to build trusting relationships will be essential, as many pupils find it challenging to connect with adults. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
